To cancel your subscription, simply send an email to hello@pizzaprotector.com Please include the email address associated with your account and your order number (if available) to help us process your request quickly.
Is there a deadline for canceling each month?
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours before your next scheduled payment date.
Will I receive a confirmation when my subscription is canceled?
Yes. Once our team processes your request, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the address on file. If you don't see it within 2 business days, please check your spam folder or reach out to us again.
Can I get a refund after I cancel?
Cancellations typically stop future billing. If you have already been charged for the current period, you will continue to have access to your benefits until the end of that billing cycle. For specific refund inquiries, please include those details in your email to hello@pizzaprotector.com
Can I restart my subscription later?
Absolutely! We’d love to have you back. You can reactivate your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us at the same email address.
Our pricing is based on the size you choose. You can purchase as a one-time order or subscribe and save.
