Refund Policy - the basics
Return Window: We accept returns on eligible items within 10 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" in the product description cannot be returned.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus original shipping fees.
Processing Time: Once we receive your authorized return, please allow one week for your refund to be processed.
Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 10% or $10 (whichever is greater) applies to standard returns.
Our Error: If the return is due to a retailer error, we will cover all standard shipping costs, waive all restocking fees, and accept the return in full.
